We will be doing a technique called “Cosmic breathing.” This is a sacred Himalayan kundalini pranayama that was initiated from a master Himalayan kundalini and kriya yoga teacher, Anand Mehrotra, who is a descendant within the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda. This breath promotes deep cellular healing, cleansing, releasing, and activation within the body. It assists in re-wiring any self-defeating patterns that keep you blocked from accessing happiness and your full potential. Option to add cacao.
In my experience, working with Laura has been life-altering. My father recently passed away. This took a toll on my body, mind, and spirit. At the very least, I needed healing and restoration.
